Mother’s Day Jewelry Making Workshop | Sunday, 5/12 1 PM -3 PM

Time: 1pm – 3pm

Price: $300 per table with up to four people per table (clay, tools, firing, and glazing included).

Description: Join us for a family and friends Mother’s day workshop outdoors at the studio! Students will learn a variety of handbuilding techniques to create pendants, beads, or ceramic chains that can be adapted into jewelry after being fired. Techniques  will include, stamping, carving, chain-making, and sculpting. Students can create small-scale sculptures and objects to later be worn as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, or rings. Almost anything can be jewelry, let your creativity roam free! At the end of the workshop, participants will select a glaze for each piece and the staff will fire and glaze the work which will be ready for pickup in 2-3 weeks. Findings and metal accessories are not included.

Experience needed: None needed, beginners welcome!
