Class is donation-based – registration required. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or meditation cushion. Folding chairs are available.
Great for beginners and experienced practitioners, each week, you’ll be expertly guided into a soothing practice including mindful breath awareness, appreciating your body meditation, walking practice, compassion and gratitude meditations with popular mindfulness teacher, Sarah McLean. You will then be guided through an hour of gentle yoga with experienced local instructor, Hannah Anderson.
Through two-hour sessions each Wednesday evening, our Creativity, Wellness and Self Reflection program will assist you in the following:
Take care of your nervous system and find more calmness.
Meet your mind and quell feelings of panic, fear, and worry with mindful self-compassion.
Become more resilient as you cultivate restful awareness.
Explore contentment, simplicity, gratitude, and other silver linings that can be found in these times.
