Class Descriptions:

Healing Hatha Yoga: In this class, yoga asana postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The slower pace allows focus on breathing techniques and movement control. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Complete relaxation and mind/body balance are the destination, as we open to the healing nature of Hatha Yoga. Class recommended for all levels; beginners very welcome!

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or meditation cushion. Folding chairs are available.

Meet Your Instructors

Madison Klein

Madison Klein is a certified yoga instructor through ShambhavAnanda Yoga Konalani Ashram in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. She was first introduced to the practice of yoga at 4 years old. Following the chaos of the pandemic and graduating college early, Madison returned to the practice she fell in love with as a child in the hopes of finding stability and creating joy. In studying yoga, she has found extensive healing, exploration of the Self, and forged new and lasting connections. Madison teaches a supportive Hatha yoga that encourages people to move the body in creative and unique ways to help connect with oneself and others and explore the heart. She ultimately hopes to pass on the same healing and joy that yoga has brought her.
