Healing Hatha Yoga with Karalea Richards:
- Mondays from 5:30-6:45pm
- Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10am
- Yoga costs $10; please register in advance
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or meditation cushion. Folding chairs are available.
Great for beginners and experienced practitioners, each week, you’ll be expertly guided into a soothing practice including mindful breath awareness, appreciating your body meditation, walking practice, compassion and gratitude meditations with one of our experienced meditation teachers. On Monday evenings, Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings, practice an hour of healing yoga with experienced local instructor, Karalea Richards.
