Get centered with us under our mature oak tree. Instead of being infected by the contagions of anxiety, stress, and panic, find the antidote to stress with connection, care, and the practice of mindfulness meditation and yoga.

Guided Meditation with Sarah McLean:

  • Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:15pm

Vinyasa yoga with Hannah Anderson:

  • Thursdays from 9-10am
  • Yoga costs $10; please register in advance

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or meditation cushion. Folding chairs are available.

Great for beginners and experienced practitioners, each week, you’ll be expertly guided into a soothing practice including mindful breath awareness, appreciating your body meditation, walking practice, compassion and gratitude meditations with popular mindfulness teacher, Sarah McLean. On Thursdays before your meditation session, practice an hour of gentle yoga with experienced local instructor, Hannah Anderson.

Our Creativity, Wellness and Self Reflection program will assist you in the following:

  • Meet your mind and quell feelings of panic, fear, and worry with mindful self-compassion.

  • Become more resilient as you cultivate restful awareness.

Meet Your Instructors

Sarah McLean

Sarah McLean is a contemporary meditation and mindfulness teacher who has been teaching people to meditate for over 25 years. She served as the program director for Deepak Chopra’s mind/body center and is a best-selling Hay House author who is dedicated to creating more peace on this planet. Sarah is also the director of the Meditation Teacher Academy training teachers worldwide, and the owner of MMI Mindful Training Co. which specializes in bringing mindfulness into organizations to create more resilience, emotional intelligence, and productivity. Hannah Anderson

Hannah Anderson has been teaching yoga for two years and practicing for six. Hannah believes in the grounding power of yoga, which reminds her to slow down, and strengthens her mind-body connection. Hannah’s biggest joy is to share these benefits with those she teacher. Hannah specializes in vinyasa flow and restorative practices, complete with an opportunity to reflect, meditate, and set an intention for your practice. Hannah is thrilled to teach at a space that brings together two of her passions: creativity and wellness!
