Guided Meditation with Sarah McLean:
- Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:15pm
- Thursday mornings from 10:15-11am
Vinyasa yoga with Hannah Anderson:
- Thursdays from 9-10am
Mediation and yoga are donation-based, but registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and/or meditation cushion. Folding chairs are available.
Great for beginners and experienced practitioners, each week, you’ll be expertly guided into a soothing practice including mindful breath awareness, appreciating your body meditation, walking practice, compassion and gratitude meditations with popular mindfulness teacher, Sarah McLean. On Thursdays before your meditation session, practice an hour of gentle yoga with experienced local instructor, Hannah Anderson.
