In recognition of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Clay Studio was honored to showcase the artwork of Holocaust survivor, Eva Zuckerman in our gallery beginning in April 2022. During the Holocaust, Eva was stationed in Auschwitz where she cut brick to lay for the roads. After the war, Eva turned the skill into an art form where she has created stunning ceramic, marble, stone, and bronze sculptures that are reflective of her family and youth.
