Description: Join us to stretch to ease tensions, tone muscles and inspire creativity through a guided visualization. Lisa then leads you into an art project inspired by the Chakras and Nature.

About the instructor: A Native New Yorker, Lisa Trivell is a multimedia artist and bodyworker, an expansive and intuitive artist and teacher. Lisa has been exploring abstract figurative and landscape painting on both coasts. A licensed yoga teacher and massage therapist, Lisa has taught Stretch and Sketch workshops on both coasts. She has studied at Parsons, The Art Students league and Music and Art.
