We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) creative hub for the Santa Barbara arts community and an
international destination for all who are passionate about exploring the ceramic arts

state-of-the-art facility and ever-expanding programming
Studio Features
- Newly renovated 24,000 square foot facility
- Large glazing area with more than 50 quality glazes for cone 10
- Frequent cone 10 reduction and oxidation firings
- 36 potter’s wheels for wheel throwing including a stand up wheel
- Stations for hand building throughout the studio
- A large extruder for member & student use
- Two large slab rollers for handbuilding
- Lockers available for storing tools and clay
- Dedicated kiln yard with 4 electric kilns, 4 gas kilns, raku kiln and Blaauw kiln
- Photography room with professional equipment
- Knowledgable studio staff and experienced instructors
